Data Safe Lock - multiple broken or missing features

Hello Terry,
Please be informed that AVG Internet Security is included in AVG Ultimate and also we have upgraded AVG Internet Security 2016 to AVG Internet Security 2017. AVG Internet Security 2017 have a new user interface and it still have the same feature as you ware using for AVG Data safe in AVG Internet Security 2016 version. You can open AVG Internet Security 2017 > menu > select data safe and continue using it. TWO items of functionality (which are available in 'AVG Internet Security') were either removed or DO NOT WORK with 'AVG Ultimate'. 

With 'AVG Internet Security':

  • The user can Right-Click the 'Data Safe' icon on the desktop screen and select either 'Lock AVG Data Safe' or 'Unlock AVG Data Safe' from the Right-Click context menu.  Besides being convenient to lock the data safe, it is a quick way to check whether or not the data safe is locked.  With 'AVG Ultimate', this functionality is either not working or not available. 
I know I can double-click the 'Data Safe' desktop icon to UNLOCK.  However, to LOCK, I have to go through the additional steps of launching AVG, navigating to the Menu, selecting 'Data Safe' and then clicking on 'CLOSE Data Safe' (FOUR STEPS instead of simply being able to right click the 'Data Safe' desktop icon as is available in 'AVG Internet Security').
 
  • Also, with 'AVG Internet Security', the 'Data Safe' desktop icon would change to indicate whether or not the data safe was locked.  A BLUE LIGHT would appear on the 'Data Safe' desktop icon when the safe was UNlocked.  If the safe was locked, this light would be grayed out (if my memory of the colours is correct).  Once again, this was a convenient way to know if your data safe was unlocked without having to go through FOUR steps (launching AVG, going through the menu, and selecting 'Data Safe') to check.
The grayed out light DOES appear on the redesigned 'AVG Ultimate' data safe desktop icon, but does not change colours to indicate if the safe is unlocked. 

Is this feature just broken?

Finally (on the AVG website help page for the Data Safe: 'AVG Data Safe and how to use it'), all of the supporting images on the help page are broken/missing images.
