Hello Bhuvaneswari,

I am using AVG Ultimate, problem is on my main computer, all up to date and scanned and restarted.   Tried to load Data Safe yet again-maybe around a dozen times-still in a loop.

I have corrected your Surname in our database. May I know what AVG version you have installed on your PC? Please restart your computer once and check the status of the issue.

Everything working fine other than
1)In my profile above, my surname missing a letter i.e. should be Chambers and cannot seem to fine where to edit/correct it.
2) I cannot load Data Safe.  Keep clicking away and it goes up to 99 or on occasions 100% fails to load up and then back to try again.  Any ideas guys?
