Continuing on from the several reinstalls I and others have had to do over the last 2 months for avg internet security 2015 (all related discsussion threads of which seem to have been removed from this forum) the latest "Glitch" after the last update is that my 2 data safes which contained my office docs and family albums have disappeared, I have reinstalled the product (after deinstalling as per your instructions) yet again and the safes are still not there, not only have I continually had to reinstall the full product set so many times I cant remember but now I have lost important personal data that was not backed up as the safes were not on the C drive so my dumps didnt include them, please suggest a resolution to this, is there some way I can find the safe drives G: and H: again in my native winodws as the computer protection part of your suite hasnt got them anymore.
Hello Derek. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you have uninstalled and reinstalled the AVG program then there is no way of getting your Data Safes back. If you even forget your password for the Data Safe it cannot be retrieved.
