Right-click data-shredder disappeared long ago.
Now when I click on the data shredder button from the menu I am greeted with a blank white screen.
Tried to resolve it through Support Chat but it wont load either.
This is on top of billing issues. Can anybody help?

Upon checking your previous contact with us, we can see that our developers have sent you an email informing you that they weren't able to recreate this issue on their end, they've recommended that you repair or reinstall your Windows operating system and check for the issue.
Could you let us know whether you've either repaired or reinstalled your Windows operating system?
