Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select platform as "Android" and the name of AVG Program that you have installed on your mobile. In the description please completely explain your issue and click on "Email" option. When filling out your details choose "Yes" to the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.

I installed AVG Antivirus 2018 for Android security because it said it had a new feature which tracked data usuage. I think I set everything up correctly but it keeps coming up with 0 usage and a message saying no data traffic available. Either there are no applications using the network or your device isn't connected. My device is connected and applications are running so why is it saying This? Don't ask me to send screen shotshot, I don't know how to do that.
