hi all,
whenever I go to create a new data vault i fill out all the fields and then click "create safe" when i do, the computer freezes and then i have to force shut down and restart the pc. this has been happening since the windows 10 anniversary update which I did. any ideas? thank you for your help!

Sorry to know that the repair of AVG didn't help.
In this case, we request you to completely reinstall AVG using AVG remover tool.
Please remove only Protection using the AVG Remover tool.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Once the removal is completed, please open AVG Zen interface and click on Protection program and continue with the installation.
