Date format setting AVG interface after Windows 10 installation

After installed Windows 10 on both my devices covered by AVG Internet Security,  had to reset the date format which corrected on PC and Laptop, but AVG interface is not picking up the same format. So can anyone please advise me as to where I can alter the date format setting in the AVG interface. This doesn't seem to be covered in your FAQs, and trying to find a UK contact email on your site is just taken me around in circles. I am in the UK, but somehow I continue to be redirected to this community, though you seem to be USA. The old UK support forum appears to be no longer active.

Carole, What date format are you seeing?.. 5/9/2015 or 9/5/2015. The old UK support forum is now 'read only'.

OK Carole, No probs… Previous post should actually have read 'There is no direct AVG UK support email address' which I assume you realised from the info I provided.

Thank you Alan. Done that as you suggested which at last has now directed me to a Technical Support UK phone number, so I can now phone them with a ticket number I've been given. Your help finding this for me is much appreciated.

Yes I did realise that, thanks Alan. It's OK though because phone number is better.User-added image

Carole, If you look @ the User Manual (http://download.avg.com/filedir/doc/AVG_Internet_Security/avg_isc_uma_en_2015_35.pdf) you'll see that the format 9/5/2015 is normal. AVG will see your topic & confirm whether or not the format 5/9/2015 is actually available.
