I have the same problrm, already a couple of time including thi spam you have to buy this and that.
I have a question, if the software produce this "AVG internet security is uitgeschakeld!" "Schutz deaktiviert" is this only on the surface for the user or is this the protection stopped, I am on risk and everything Viren and so on comes in? Or can I understabd this as something to hold the user busy? Please answer me and do not delete my question dear Gurus!!!

Make sure your AVG is up to date with latest definitions installed.
How can I re-enable AVG internet security protection?
Protection is disabled and will not be enabled after the PC has been restarted.
Alright, Martina. You may need to use AVG Clear to uninstall.
To do so, follow the steps in this link (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) & let us know the outcome.
