Dear people from avg ,i have an very anoyng spam (vegetapop) on all my screens when i use internet i run the antivirus sereral times , also in safe mode and can get this out of the system . It is possible to get any further assistence from the company

Dear Alan, I clicked on the links which you provided to me but so far it didnt solve my problem. It only opens a help index in dutch ( http://kb.avg.com/?l=nl_NL) Could you please offer more assistance to fix my problem. Whenever i open internet page several advertisements still pop up making it very difficult to use the computer.

Patrick, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).

i don't know exactly the name but on the first time that the avg run on my laptop he protect me from this (spam )program   …  i need assistence  thanks in advance   patrick

Hi Patrick,

I'd recommend checking your installed programs and browser extensions first. Please disable/remove those you do not regnize or do recall installing.

Once you've finished this cleaning check whether the issue still persists.

If yes, then try resetting your browser to default settings and let me know the results.
