I have been charged on my debit card £119.99 dated 12th February by Digital River for which I had not given permission. This was probably for AVG but I am annoyed that no approach was made not even an invoice explaining what I am receiving and for what period. Certainly I have not given permission for this debit so expect an explanation or a credit refund. Your attention to this very important issue needs to be addressed before I action further. Thank you.
