I understand that you were charged by AVG and want to cancel the same. I see from your record that you have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp Unlimited. When you sign up for free trial, the automatic renewal will be enabled by default and you will be charged few days before the expiry date of AVG. You must have received an email confirmation before being charged by us.

I have had $65.99 taken from my account. I did not authorize this. I signed up for FREE. please refund me ASAP as I dont have the money to spend.
