We are unable to locate any active subscription of AVG with this email address.

Do you have any other information associated with the purchase of AVG?

My emailaddres has changed in henk@wiegerinck.be 
On 12 and 19 septermber 2018 I wrote you an email that my creditcard was debit for € 76,99 I did not give you an order for this amount. I don't have no relations with you and so I request you to give me back this amount.
I'm looking for your answer.
