Hello Henk,

We will check and help you with the refund request. I couldn't locate any recent transactions under this account. Have you received any email confirmation regarding this? Do you have alternate email address registered with AVG?

On  1 august my creditcard was debit for €76,99. I did not order for this amount.  I have no relations with AVG. In tthe past i have cancel them. So I request you to give me back that amount.
