l received notification from my debit card company that my card was charged Rs. 1178.82 by DRI*AVG Technologies on Oct/05/2020 for something I am absolutely sure that I didn't purchase at all. Could you give help for refund?
I have reported the transaction to Discover's fraud prevention service, but I also hope that the AVG team could take action to prevent transactions like this from happening in the future.
