Decompression bomb

Hello Brian,
Thank you for reaching AVG Support Community.
We'll certainly help you.
A ‘ decompression bomb’ is a term given to archive files (RAR or ZIP) that have a very high compression ratio. These files have the potential to grow to be very big once they are extracted and possibly use up all the memory.

This is not necessarily a virus. If the contents are unpacked, the AVG file shield will scan them for any malicious content.

For better clarity, please capture a snap of your PC screen in your mobile and share it to this post.
May I know the operating system of your PC?
Also, we've noticed that you've purchased a duplicate subscriptions for the same AVG products, do you wish to merge it?
Thank you.
