Decompression bombs and corrupted zip files

I do Boot scan again and again and AVG tells about those bombs and corruptions - but does not do anything about it. They remain to make trouble.
I have tried all sort of things  sfc/scannow  Dism.exe  msdt.exe  You name it.

Can you name some other methot ?

Or maybe it is the most used browser of mine Firefox 60.9.0esr. Not supported anymore.
I use it because of the handy rss and other features.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Specific to the referenced boot scan results shared, files that can't be scanned (i.e. ZIP archive is corrupted) are just that, not an indication they are suspicious/infected, just unable to be scanned.
