Deep scan and Mac scan logging off account

I have sent the email instructions requesting few information to proceed further.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I seem to have the same issue as others since the last programme update.

It fails to complete either an ordinary or deep scan and then logs off user.

I have tried disabling sleep shutdown and screensavers with no difference.  I have uninstalled then reinstalled AVG but still the issue persists/  Any further ideas?
