Deep scan fails to work for me too

Ran deep scan for 12 hours but it was stuck in a loop at 31%    Ran it again after using the repair option when originally intending to remove entire program but still stuck in a loop at 33 % after 14 hours.

I could send a screen shot but what is the point ?     I know enough about software problems to know that is simply a fig leaf request to appear as though you are doing something.  

I tell you it is stuck in a loop - you look at the picture and see it is stuck in a loop.    Is that the sum total of quality help available on this platform?

Hallo Ranjani - did as requested - ran deep scan again - got stuck in a loop at 49% this time although I let it run over night for 15 hours.    Interestingly the sticking point now and before was Windows\apps\deleted.

Can you direct me to an app that can read the activity which I can then send to you for a repair ?
