I have AVG Free version 19.6.3098 (build 19.6.4546.508)
When I try to do a deep scan, it freezes at 24% and will go no farther. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this version. How can I remedy this situation?

I was mistaken. It usually takes about two hours or so for me to run a deep scan. The past several times I ran it, after an hour and a half it would still be at only 24% and after two hours still at 24% complete… When I went to get the screenshot you requested, I found the scan was still running, but was up to 80%. It finally finished the scan in 3 hrs. 26 minutes. As long as I know it works, I'm OK.
