Deep Scan - issues

Please let us know the version of AVG that is installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About). 
For better clarity, share us the screenshot of the message that you receive.

I have attempted to run the Deep Scan feature for the last three days and each one has been unsuccessful. I receive the following message "Your Deep Scan was unable to scan all files. We suggest scanning again." I have attempted to reboot my PC (Windows Home 10). I purchased AVG Anti Virus and AVG Tune Up as I suspected a virus, and not being able to complete the Deep Scan has me concerned.

Situations like these are usually connected to corrupted archives or protected files that cannot be opened nor scanned. 
I've sent you an email provided the steps to determine which files aren't scanned. Please check for the email and attach the scan report to the email.

For your information, the 21.9 version has been released for AVG Internet Security/AVG AntiVirus. We request you to update your AVG Internet Security and check for the issue status.

AVG Anti-virus free + paid AVG Tune Up + paid AVG Driver Update. Have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Have you tried to reinstall AVG program using clear tool? Keep us updated.

I upgraded to the most current version (21.9) and ran the deep scan again. Got the same results and message: "Your Deep Scan was unable to scan all files. We suggest scanning again."
