Deep scan stopping at 30%

Could you please confirm what message you are getting in the home page of AVG Internet Security. Is it says "you are fully protected"?

When I do a deep scan I am only getting to 30% and AVG tells me it is finished and everything is good.
I tried a fix and that did nothing.  I called for support and spoke with someone who I did not trust at all to do any fix.  I had to tell him my issue 3 times and he didn't understand.  I had a hard time understanding him also.  Any help would be appreciated.

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Also please repair AVG Internet Security and check the issue if you haven't before.

It goes to 30% for hours then sends a message saying fully protected within seconds.
It is not going past 30% and I have also just started having the blue screen of death randomly over the last 3 months.
