Defrag a solid state drive

Hello Jim,
Please follow the steps below to exclude disk defragmentation from maintenance tasks.

Open AVG PC TuneUp.
Click on Settings.
On Settings window, click on 1-click maintenance in the left pane menu.
You will see list of actions in a maintenance scan on your right side.
Please uncheck Defragment hard disk from the task and click on Apply.

I'm trying a trail of PC Tuneup and it notified me that it would defrag my hard drive on the next regularly scheduled maintenance.  I have a SSD and don't want it defragged.
How do I turn that off?
