Defragmentation turns on over and over

Hello Joe,
We are sorry to know that. Generally the disk defrag will take time depending on your computer data. To fix this issue, we suggest you to change the defrag from AVG PC TuneUp settings. Please open the AVG PC TuneUp and click on "Settings". Under " 1 click maintainence" uncheck defrag or change the defrag settings to "Fast Defrag". That should fix this issue.

in PC tune up the defrag can not be turned off.  defrag ran for over 8 hours and did nothing.  Ran two other programs for defrag and pc tune still runs defrag.  it is crazy running defrag and no problem exists?
