Defragmentation

Hi,
I have stopped defrag and then restarted it. It asked me to restart my computer. I did it started defragmenting as soon as it started. then the computer restarted. But unfortunatly i still cannot access drive E; So what can i do?

Hi, I asked AVG PC TuneUp to run thorough defragmentation to my 500GB hard drive. It seems working but for the past 3 days it has done just over 5%. Is this normal?
I needed thorough defragmentation becuase when i made the normal defrag, it says drives health is good but I couldnt access the drive. When i try it says access denied and when i look at the drive in explorer it says NTF drive but doesnt show how much space used in the drive.  
Can anyone help?
