I have the testversion af PC tune up. On my PC I have two external HD
The programm started defragmentation. It ölastet 18 hours. Now I lost one external HD
What must I do to bring it back to life. I have no installation CD.

I am sorry to hear that, but there is not way defragmentation could broke external hard drive. You can try refer to some youtube video like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2CrJfvVPQc .

A scrennshot would not help us really. I have had a PC with 4 "Lokal Datenträger" called "C" ; "D" , "G" ; and "H" The AVG programm started automatically defragmentation. (I know it takes long) It lasted 18 hours. After defragmentation the Lokal Datenträger "H" has disappeared . It is a external hard disc iomega Model GDHDU.
I checked the connection USB ,the power. The disc runs normally but the PC does not see it anymore
I put it on my Labtop. Same thing it does not recognize it. So what do I do to get my data back ???
