The problem is very simple, the solution is not (for me) :
When I go via myaccount.avg.com I arrive in a screen where I can log in with my opid conelism.visser3@quicknet.nl (mailto:conelism.visser3@quicknet.nl)
and my password ( only known to me of course)
When I successfully come into this account I see that the account is empty : no personal data, no subscriptions, no purchases
So the account itself hasn’t any meaning, there is nothing in it, nothing hanging under it
So in my opinion the account itself should be cancelled , if possible.
But I dont know how to do that. Thats all ! It is a formal administrative question
