If you've installed our AVG Zen Protection program you have to first uninstall the protection program and only then you can uninstall the Zen interface.
1, If the normal uninstallation procedure doesn't help then, please use our AVG remover tool using this http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe link to uninstall AVG Zen and AVG TuneUp.
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named "AVG Remover" and delete it manually.

It is not possible to uninstall TuneUp2015 and the Zen console.
