I got a renewal message 7 jan 2015 and spoke to an agent who assured me that my renewal would commence when my AVG internet Security and Tune up expired. He said that I would be ok loading the new license number straight away. When I did it showed my new license would expire 7 jan 2017 so I would be losing over 1 month on each account. when I queried this the 'different' agent said the only thing I could do was claim a refund. today is the 30th Jan and I have still not hadthe refund credited to my account. Despite several e mails assuring me that the payment has been processed then was being processed and the latest 'a system problem'
WhenI check my licenses they still show the 2 dated 7th Jan and my Internet Security account which expires in February but not the PC Tune up which expires 16th Feb but to my surprise I have received a rminder on 29 Jan to tell me that it expires in 30 days.
What is going on at Customer Support?? Never had this trouble before.
