Delete and refund

You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security Unlimited (60 day trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial subscription. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

I couldn't locate any contact regarding the cancellation of your subscription. Do you have any case number to look into it?

hello,
I had canceled my account 3 months ago and have not been using your services. I got a charge of 74.63 on my card this morning and I need a full refund. Your correspondence with charging your clients needs to improve, this has happened to me multiple times, I have canceled my account and spoken with people at your company and still received a charge.

 I did not receive the email, I will check in my spam folder. I do not have the case number at this time, but I remember specifically saying to this person that I am in a financially difficult spot at to end this subscription. 
I do need you to refund this product and cancel my account all together.
