I have just noticed a payment on my credit card to DRI AVG and to my horror have found this to have been going on for the past few years. I no longer have any AVG product (and my account says there is no subscription) but the renewal keeps being taken.
No UK help line numbers connect so I am at a loss to find a way to speak to someone to delete this auto renewal and of course get my monies back for a product I have not had for years. Any ideas how I fix this costly problem?
