You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device, 60-day Trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial subscription. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
If we initiate the refund for this order, the money will be credited to the account in which your card is linked to. Shall we initiate your refund request for this AVG Internet Security product?
I was billed $74.89 on 7-07-2019 . Transaction # 244309991894006890214324816. This billing was unauthorized and I need my money refunded. The card that you billed is no longer valid, as I had to close that account because of the unauthorised use by your company. So you will have to send me a check. I'm not happy with this situation☹.
