you DO NOT have my permission to use any information of mine or take money from me again. You have done this fraudulently. I told you last year about the same thing yet you still take money and from a new debit card. I NEVER gave permission for this. If you say that I did, then you have misled me and this again, is atrocious service and you must take my complaint seriously.
I hope that you publish my comments on your community pages so all can see how you have failed.

I cancelled my account last year and was told my account would be deleted. Then, this morning, I notice a direct debit payment taken your AVG from my account!! And get this, I have a new debit card so how the hell did you get my new card number?? Smelling something very fishy here.
Refund my money immediately and fully remove my account and ALL personal and financial information.
How dare you try and scam me. Disgraceful indeed. And from a company that supposedly promotes internet security!! Not good at all!

This isn't the experience we want you to have.
Upon checking our records, we see that you've raised a refund request & the concerned team has already initiated the refund process.
Also, we see that an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Regarding card details, the option 'Card enabler' affiliated with your account will update the new card info automatically & thus allowing our payment gateway to process the transaction. Also, we do send pre-biling notifictaion prior license expiry, which might land in your spam/junk email.
To delete the data affiliated with your AVG account, please visit this link & request access to privacy portal by entering the registered email address.
You will receive an email through which you can review the data & navigate to support tab in that portal to submit a data deletion request.
