We will help you with it. Please visit https://www.avg.com/en-us/gdpr , enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
Let us know if you face any difficulties.

PLease delete my account, my subscription, my payment info. my data and everything, I don't want you to have any info about me.

this is not cool making it so hard for us to control our data.
