I got my refund and it is being processed. Will you delete the account?

Yes, I can see that we have processed your refund request in our database and the refund status shows pending. It may take up to 7 business days. Once the refund will be credited to your bank account, you can contact us and we will help you to delete your AVG MyAccount.

Apologies for piggy-backing on this thread, but I was wondering if our support accounts are separate from our AVG accounts?  Because I would like to delete my support account but still keep my active subscription for TuneUp.  Mostly for privacy reasons.  Possible?
