i did'nt asked to have a auto renewel for anything and i'm not using PC tuneup for anything,so i want it removed how do i request a refund and i better not get charged again

I understand this must be upsetting. I see that you have an active AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) registered under a different email address (with domain @hotmail.com) than the one you used to contact us here. I see that this license was auto renewed on 7th Nov 2017.

When you purchase an AVG subscription, it will continue until it is canceled (formally known as “Continuing Protection Service”). You will be billed again 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. You will receive a notification email about the upcoming automatic extension 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.

like every1 else i also got money taken from my bank account and i had already been away from avg for nearly a yr and a half so why was i getting money taken from my account from this site when i already went elsewhere,i tried to get my money bk but no luck.

I have cancelled the automatic renewal from your account and you will be charged by AVG in future.

Unfortunately, we can not process the refund now. As per our refund policy, we can provide you with full refund only if we received the request within 30 days from the date of charge.
