This isn't the experience we want you to have. Please follow the below steps :
Visit this link - Enter email address registered with AVG & hit request access.
You'd receive an email, which will allow you to access the privacy preference portal where you can review the data affiliated with your account.
In that portal, navigate to Support tab & submit a data deletion request.
If you require any assistance during the process, feel free to write back to us.
Please DELETE my AVG account and confirm that all GPDR data are deleted - I don't need the account anymore. WHY is it so tricky to get my account deleted?
