Tried and tried to cancel any billing and delete my avg account. Have been given the run around on the website and with any customer live chat agents. Delete my account please.
Anyone considering using avg I recommend not they are not transparent with billing and cancellation which should be a red flag.

Your Account deletion request is under progress, you may have your reply anytime.
You have been charged for renewal of AVG Secure VPN Multi-device (60 day trial).
We have initiated refund for this renewal order. Once we finish our internal refund procedure, the transaction will be processed by the payment operator.
You will receive additional confirmation in a separate e-mail from avg.cs@digitalriver.com. If you have not received the separate email, please check your junk or spam mail filters.
Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.
Generally, it should not take more than 7 business days.
