First of all so i can accurately help you would you be able to tell me what operating system you are using and whether it is 32 or 64 Bit?
You can tell by right clicking on My Computer and it should come up with a screen similar to mine below.
Regards,

Thanks John, I found the folder; it is exactly where you point out. Per scan history, the command line scans were initiated with ".tmp" file stored in the the "Windows" folder. However I have no idea what program(s) created these .tmp files. Through internet search, some suggest these .tmp file come from Zone Alarm but I believe this is not my case because in that PC it use Windows Firewall and never install other firewall.
Once and again thanks all for your help.
I would like to clean up the scan history under the "options" in bulk. Due to the frequent command line scan, the scan history pile up everday. And it is very time comsuming to delete the history one by one. Thanks for your info.
Of course you could boot into Safe Mode and delete ProgramData\AVG2015\DB\stats.db. If you are using ZoneAlarm, you might want to type "zonealarm" into the Support Center search box for kicks.
