You have an active subscription for AVG Cleaner Pro registered to the email address you used to contact us here. Please follow the steps below to download, install and activate AVG Cleaner Pro.
Open Google Play from the apps screen of your device and search for AVG Cleaner.
Tap AVG Cleaner to open the app information page.
Tap Install, then tap Accept if you are asked for permissions.
When the installation is complete, tap Open to open the user-interface.
Tap Continue to confirm that you have read and accept the terms of the AVG End User License Agreement.
Now open the installed app.
Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
Select AVG Account.
Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.
