Deleted play store thru avg and need it back

I already have avg on my android phone. After a scan, there was a message that I was almost out of space and I got a list of apps with usage. Play Store was the largest so I elected to delete it. Before I did, there was a message about it being replaced with the factory version.
I now have no way to download any apps. I want to know where to find the factory version or how to get back Google play store?
