help I downloaded a game and it sent it to the virus vault. I thought that if I deleted it from the virus vault It would be restored. but now its not in the history is there a way to retrieve the file???

i uninstalled the game 3 times and reinstalled it and every time it reinstalled without the part that got deleted.
