Deleting a credit card

As we checked the account that used for AVG Community, the continuous subscription of the expired AVG Subscription has been turned off which means you will no longer be charged for the AVG product
* For account deletion, visit Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support website.
* Enter your email address registered with AVG and click Request Access. 
* Check your email inbox > click "Go to Portal" button on the email that you received > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
Note: Removing your data completely will void the current active subscriptions (if any).
If you're still facing trouble while submitting the GDPR form, please let us know, we will certainly help you with that.

Hello. I would like to know if my subscription has been canceled.
 

And even more important - I would like to delete my credit card form an account without updating it. I've been trying to do it following the instructions, but it just keeps bringing me back to the same page.
