I did check via this link.  The technician told me that I had already done what I wanted.  and that I had the one account with the correct email.  I must have done this when I was fiddling around trying to do it.  Thanks.

My actual problem is that my current account is under an old email address.  The second email address containing 13 is my new email address.  When I tried to change the current account email to the one containing 13 I was told that that address was already being used, so I thought the easiest way around it was to delete the one containing 13 and then try to change the email for my current account.  So the one I want to delete is the one containing 13 which is the email address you replied to.  Thanks.
