Deleting duplicate files

Hello Laura,

Sorry to know that. For your information finding duplicate files usually takes more time.  The reason for this is because it will also scan for the duplicate files of Windows Operating system. So if you set the settings as scan only the files that are above 1 MB the time consumption will be less. Thank you.

I just downloaded and ran the clean up portion of this app but when I run the find duplicate files, it takes about 6 hours to do, and when I choose to keep the newest, I get the spinning beach ball of death.  I have to force quit and start over.  What am I doing wrong?
