Do you get any message while trying to delete the Quarantine entries of AVG?

i scanned my iMac OX S (Yosemite) and two items were found and moved to quarantine.
i can not delete them although writing my email address and the password i have for AVG free.
i am sure i type the correct email address and the correct password but nothing happen - it says as if i got the wrong username or password
