Silly question, but when looking at pending questions I don't see an option to add notes or to retract/delete if I figured out the problem on my own. (I put in a question earlier about activation, it took a couple extra reboots but I was able to log in - loving the products and services offered, thank you!!)
David, Also in future, to keep everything together, please try to keep the whole conversation in one question/thread to speed up any resolution.
