Hello, I have 4 "fake alert" files all from the same date and time, June 2014 in quarantine. When I try to delete these files, I get a message "Sorry some files cannot be deleted."

Why can't these files be deleted and what can I do to delete them?

Hello Don,
Thank you for the information. You seem to be using an older version of AVG. Please  uninstall and re install your AVG Anti Virus to  delete quarantined files.  Feel free to let us know if you require any further assistance.
