After signing up for AVG protection on my desk top Dell computer, I am unable to access websites through firefox. The message I'm receiving is "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (rtsp) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in content"  I'm simply trying to access youtube, so not sure what is going on?
