Denied protection when I have a virus

On 2/23/16 I was told by Dell that my computer had a virus which is only 10 months old. I have always used AVG as my protection. I kept getting pop ups that AVG needed to be renewed. It didn't expire until March. My computer crashed due to a virus and I had to pay Dell $143.00 to fix it & extend the warrenty for another year. I just logged on to my bank account & I have been charged $54.99 for a renewal fee from AVG which I  did not authorize. They said I was not protected when I needed it. I have had it for 4 years. When the renewal time is due they have the audacity to deduct it from my bank account. I am infuriated by both Dell & AVG. Does anyone have a phone # I can contact customer support?
