need unlock my application because I signed up blocking my email and password and the time to use says that the password is incorrect. Also when I give change password can not make a recovery because the system is too tangled Please help me, I'm no access to my applications. the system is not recognizing my password.

necessito do desbloqueio dos meus aplicativos, pois fiz o bloqueio cadastrei meu email e minha senha e na hora de usar diz que a senha esta incorreta. Tambem quando dou alterar senha nao consigo fazer a recuperação , pois o sistema é muito embolado favor me ajudem , estou sem acesso aos meus aplicativos. o sistema não esta reconhecendo a minha senha.
